- PERSONAL EFFECTS

You can make your own shipments, to the different destinations with which we operate, in a simple and effective way.

Within these shipments, are contemplated:
  • Suitcases: It includes the sending of personal effects.
  • Electronics: Computers, televisions, digital cameras, mobile phones, among others.
  • Others: Books, records, sports equipment, etc.

Process

You must take your merchandise to the CARGO TERMINAL, from your airport of origin, and go to the counters of our cargo agent, Gound Force Cargo.

  • - Fill in the necessary documents.
  • - Provide personal accreditation (ID or Passport)
  • - Make payment at source, by card or in cash.
  • - Remove the cargo at the destination Cargo Terminal.
For loads that require special treatment, Atlantis Cargo offers solutions according to your needs.
We know that in some occasions, your General Cargo must be transported with the utmost urgency or in special conditions, to meet your needs we offer you the opportunity to combine it with the rest of our products.

 

- PETS.

Daily Atlantis Cargo, attends the shipments of pets on our routes, following the highest standards of care to reach their destination in optimal conditions, always complying with the Regulations of the International Air Transport Association (IATA) and other important international organizations.

Like shipments of live animals, the acceptance of pets, is subject to the particular conditions of acceptance of the company, and current international regulations, all shipments of live animals, must meet at least the following requirements:

  • - It is necessary to make a reservation request before Atlantis Cargo (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) with a minimum of 24 hours prior to the flight departure.
  • - Delivery to the Cargo Terminal (AVI and documents) must be made, with a maximum of 4 hours and a minimum of 2 hours prior to the flight departure.
  • - The animal must be transported in adequate hygienic conditions. For which it is necessary to have, within the carrier, a "blanket or cushion" to absorb possible spills of liquids.
  • - Maximum container dimensions: 100x60x80cms. (special measures, with prior consultation).
  • - Provide a vaccination card or certificate for the veterinarian's trip.
  • - Fulfill and complete the IATA checklist at the loading terminal.
