Currently we can offer you international air freight service on our routes with Morocco, Cape Verde, Gambia and Portugal. With Madeira only in summer season. Soon we will start the new line with Senegal.

Observations:

  • - Acceptance of international reservations up to 72 hours prior to flight departure.
  • - The cargo area to be transported is subject to availability of storage space.
  • - The processing of the relevant customs documentation is on behalf of the client.
  • - Delivery to the cargo terminal (cargo + documents) must be made at least 24 hours before the flight departure.

2.  Frequencies.

  • We currently have a wide frequency of flights on international routes, varying them according to the desired route. We recommend you check the scheduled departures for the dates on which the shipment is made.

3. Management to make.

3.1. Issuance of air cargo knowledge - AWB and Invoice.

The AWB (air cargo ticket) is issued directly by Biner Cargo, for this we need you to provide us;

  • - Name, address and telephone number of the shipper.
  • - Name and address and telephone number of the receiver.
  • - Number of packages, weight, dimensions and nature of the merchandise.
  • - Data to issue the invoice. With this information we will send you a proforma invoice, once accepted and paid, we issue the AWB.

3.2. Customs clearance.

To perform customs procedures we need:

  • - Authorization for dispatch.
  • - Copy of the DNI of the person who signs the authorization.
  • - Commercial Invoice or Affidavit of humanitarian aid content Without Commercial Value.
  • - Certificate of EORI number. If they do not have it, any Treasury office must be processed. Not necessary for individuals when sending personal belongings.
  • - IMPORTANT, the same subject / company must appear on the AWB, EORI, Commercial Invoice and Office Authorization.
  • - In the case of “Personal Effects”, a certificate must be presented attesting that it is merchandise without commercial value, and state a value for statistical purposes.

3.3. Steps to follow.

  • - Give us your agreement to start the process.
  • - Issuance of Proforma Invoice and payment thereof.
  • - AWB broadcast.
  • - Provide necessary documentation for customs procedures.
  • - Take the cargo to the LPA Terminal, at least 24 hours before the flight departs.
  • - Once you have the “CSC” safety sheet that is issued by the Terminal and reflects the gross weight on the scale, send it to us.
  • - With the “CSC” safety sheet, we issue DUA for customs and send them to you to appear at the LPA Terminal.
  • - Once the merchandise is delivered, we will monitor it, to certify its departure and arrival.

4. Agent Atlantis Cargo at destination.

Once the cargo arrives at its destination, it remains in deposit at the Cargo Terminal until the necessary procedures and customs procedures are carried out for its lifting.
